Once inside the studio, the app provides directions to your meeting room, while wall-mounted iPads detect your location to display customized directions as you walk by. You can also use the app to see detailed meeting information specific to your appointment, including profiles for the host and attendees, and a list of room resources such as number of seats and which type of video display is available.
